Frequently Asked Questions
How do I import data from Excel or Google Sheets?
Simply copy your data from Excel or Google Sheets and paste it into the data table. ChartCraft will automatically detect the structure and populate the fields.
Is my data stored on your servers?
No! All data stays in your browser using IndexedDB. We never send your data to our servers. Your privacy is 100% protected.
Can I edit a chart after sharing the URL?
Yes! When someone opens your share URL, they can view and edit the chart. Changes create a new URL, so the original link remains unchanged.
What's the maximum number of data points I can add?
There's no hard limit, but we recommend keeping it under 100 data points for optimal performance. Larger datasets may cause slower rendering.
Can I use ChartCraft offline?
After your first visit, core features work offline thanks to browser caching. However, initial page load and sharing features require an internet connection.
How do I export high-resolution charts?
Click the Export button and choose PNG format for maximum quality. Charts are exported at 2x resolution for crisp display on all screens.
